What is Force Training Systems?

We are the firearms safety organization of choice for women and men seeking to learn proper usage, legal issues, and obtain concealed carry permits in a supportive, non-patronizing environment in which safety confidence building and fun are the priority.

Our focus is on women and the otherwise uninitiated firearms owner. It is our objective to empower our clients, not intimidate them.  We our not former law enforcement or military drill-sergeants.  Our classes are not filled with jargon and we don't bark orders at students all day.

Pragmatism is a trademark of our business.  A person's right to own firearms for recreation and personal defense are simply a matter of fact for us.  As a result, we don't bother too much with politics and philosophy.  We are interested only in safety and training.

What is "Empowerment Training"

In the world of self-defense training, a gun is traditionally thought of as "the great equalizer". "The gun is the great equalizer... For it is the gun, that allows the meek to repel the monsters; Whom are bigger, stronger and without conscience, will prey on those of us who without one, would surely perish."

Mastering the use of firearms has a powerful and rewarding effect on the individual.  It is a skill that anyone can acquire regardless of gender, age or physical capabilities.  The confidence, pride and self-satisfaction one derives from such skills not only evens the odds in a fight, but permeates ones attitude and profoundly effects every day activities.

Our classes are taught in order to facilitate this positive and empowering experience.
