28.  Children under the age of 5 are not permitted on the firearm ranges. The ear canals are not fully developed in babies and small children and their ears are very sensitive to loud noises. Permanent hearing loss can be immediate and irreversible even after a small amount of exposure in a loud environment.

29.  Always wash your hands in cold water immediately after shooting, and before handling food. Warm and hot water expands the pores and enables lead particulates to enter the body.
